In our recent transaction Daniel was extremely easy to work with, very responsive and a great communicator. We were the buyers in this instance, but I would certainly recommend you speak to him if you have a property to sell in Loughton or nearby. Property negotiations needn't always be a zero-sum game, and in this case I feel that Daniel brokered the discussions professionally and skilfully, so that everybody he was dealing with got a decent outcome.

Daniel helped me sell my house. It had been on the market with another agent for about 10 weeks, after receiving no offers I changed agents and appointed Daniel. He provided an excellent service from day one right through to completion. Within a week or so he had arranged viewings and soon after that there were 2 or 3 serious offers. Daniel guided me through that offer process and kept me regularly updated as the legal work progressed through to exchange and completion. If I sell a house again my first choice of agent will be Daniel.

He kept me up to date with all the details as our move-in date approached and was even there at the check-in to walk me through some bits and pieces about the property.
