From the very beginning, Daniel’s goal has been simple. To offer a more personal, trustworthy service where every client feels valued and supported. Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers through their purchase, securing the right tenants for a landlord, or helping a family find their forever home - Daniel takes pride in making each experience smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Known for his friendly nature and hands-on approach, Daniel believes that communication and care make all the difference in property. From a young age, I've been drawn to the world of property and the impact it can have on people's lives. Growing up in Woodford Green, I developed a strong connection to the local area and an appreciation for what makes each community so special. After studying at Roding Valley Sixth Form and graduating from University with a Degree in Business & Marketing, I returned to the area to pursue my passion for helping people find their dream homes. Before entering the property industry, I worked in hospitality, where I learned the importance of exceptional service, clear communication, and attention to detail - values I bring into every client relationship. My passion for property stems from a genuine interest in people and aspirations. Outside of work, I'm sporty and competitive - qualities that drive me to constantly improve and ensure Daniel Lewis Properties always stays ahead of the competition.

With a lifelong passion for property, I’ve always been fascinated by homes of every era - from period gems to modern masterpieces. I love the creativity that comes with renovation, interior design, and development, and I’m endlessly inspired by how people express their personalities through their homes. Having worked for building surveyors, solicitors, estate agents, and as a part-owner of a small construction company, I bring a unique, well-rounded understanding of the property industry. I’ve also designed and renovated my own home, giving me valuable first-hand insight into every stage of the process. Customer service is at the heart of everything I do. With ten years’ experience working in a primary school and as a mum of three grown children, I pride myself on being compassionate, patient, and approachable - qualities that help make what can be a stressful time feel calm and enjoyable for my clients. When I’m not helping people find their dream homes, you’ll find me out walking my dog - my self-confessed favourite child - and her best friends (Ted and Bentley) through the beautiful Hainault Forest. Born and raised in Woodford Green and now happily settled in Chigwell, I have an in-depth understanding of the local area and its communities - knowledge I love to share with clients looking to make this wonderful corner of Essex their home.
