I was introduced to Daniel by a friend as she knew that selling my house was going to be a very emotional time for me. Basically I just needed somebody that would be able to take the reins and get on with it! And that’s exactly what Daniel did. I truly did nothing!!! Daniel did an open day and the house was sold. Daniel dealt with my solicitor and directly with my buyers. Poor Daniel even calmed me down when things weren’t going as I hoped! I can’t recommend this guy enough. He knows his market and he genuinely cares. Nothing is a problem for him. He always answers your calls and will get straight back to you if needed. He is exceptionally professional but also sensitive to his clients needs. He definitely knows how to take the stress out of house selling.

Daniel helped me sell my house. It had been on the market with another agent for about 10 weeks, after receiving no offers I changed agents and appointed Daniel. He provided an excellent service from day one right through to completion. Within a week or so he had arranged viewings and soon after that there were 2 or 3 serious offers. Daniel guided me through that offer process and kept me regularly updated as the legal work progressed through to exchange and completion. If I sell a house again my first choice of agent will be Daniel

Daniel Lewis has been an amazing agent in selling my property. I was previously with another agent and after 9 weeks and no viewings I was feeling very frustrated. To make things worse I found my dream bungalow and really needed to sell my property at lightening speed . Daniel was recommended to me and within less than 3 weeks he had re marketed my property, generated viewings and found me a buyer enabling me to make an offer on the house I wished to purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was always there at the end of the phone or txt. He quickly dealt with every issue that occurred and was very professional and friendly. Without him I would not have secured the purchase of my new home. I would 100% recommend him anyone looking for an excellent, competent agent.

Incredible experience, having been through this process almost to completion a couple times Daniel and his staff made the whole process extremely streamlined, quick and took the time to explain everything asked of them. Even left a present at the end of moving in. Could not recommend enough.

We used Daniel Lewis to sell our one-bed flat. Dan was excellent throughout the process. He kept us up to date of progress and the tactics he was using to attract viewings, and then once the sale was agreed, he was a regular source of information whenever we became overwhelmed with the process of being in a chain. We chose Dan because when we were looking at places to buy, he seemed to have the best communication out of all the agents we spoke to, and we wanted that from whoever was selling our place. I’m hoping we don’t have to move again for a LONG time but when we do, we’d ask Dan to be our agent again.

Daniel isn’t your typical estate agent, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. He’s an honest, reliable and punctual gentleman. Everything opposite to what we were used to dealing with. He went the extra mile to help us and close the deal, even on his day off. It was an absolute pleasure using Daniel Lewis Properties and I would highly recommend.

Daniel Lewis and his team were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much and we were especially impressed by the regular updates and group WhatsApp's. Daniel was knowledgeable, professional but with that needed humour for those times when barriers were being thrown up. From our first meeting, the photos , right until completion and beyond , we knew there was no one better to sell our house. We thoroughly recommend him and his team without reservation.

Daniel was an absolute professional, True to his word and done his absolute best every day to get my mums house sold and her moved in by Christmas. I can’t recommend Dan highly enough for anyone interested in selling their property. He was patient and gave a lot of his time even when my property was listed originally with another seller. He developed a good strategy for taking the property to market, with a higher quality of photos and listing then the previous buyer and most importantly was fantastic communicating with me and keeping things on track. Similarly his team for processing things to completion were great and provided regular updates with the status of things which meant the sale progressed very smoothly.
