Really happy to have recently sold our home through Daniel Lewis Properties. Dan and his team were great throughout the process and were always available, including evenings and weekends. Dan talked us through his recommended strategy before we went to market, and arranged 15 viewings for one day - we were impressed that Dan had arranged some of these with his contacts before even putting the house on rightmove, and we had multiple offers, meaning we didn’t have to do lots of separate viewings. We had a bit of a bumpy journey just due to the chain, but Dan did a great job of keeping in touch with interested parties so that when our sale fell through we had another buyer lined up almost immediately and we didn’t have to start over. Dan also helped us in assessing value in our onward purchase, even though we were moving quite far outside of the area, which was incredibly helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and the team, they were really nice to work with and made the whole process as easy as possible.
