What is a buying agent? – A Professional Negotiator. As a selling agent, I am very aware of the wording used and even the body language of a buyer. I will use my skills to negotiate on behalf of my client, the seller, and yet the buyer has no help, no one in their corner, and it is often very new to them. I use my experience to benefit you and not the seller. I perform a host of duties that give fantastic value for you. For the most significant financial asset, why would you not use a buying agent?
